For your convenience, you can now shop from our website in your local currency. Within Australia only, we offer free shipping for orders AUD $50 and over. Orders under that amount can enjoy flat-rate shipping cost of just $8 for delivery anywhere in Australia. The cost of shipping to destinations outside Australia is a flat-rate of $12.95 - unless specified next to bundled products of a larger packaged weight.

We dispatch orders within 24 business hours and use Sendle for our delivery services. Please see below for estimated delivery time frames for your region. Public holidays may cause delays.

Zone 1 - Australia and New Zealand | 4-6 working days 

Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days 

Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

Note: We cannot deliver to post offices, PO boxes, Parcel Collect, locked bags or parcel lockers.

You will receive email alerts with your order tracking status. If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, the driver will leave a card with information on how to collect your package from the nearest collection point or you can arrange for re-delivery free of charge.

For international orders, once the parcel has left Australia, it will be assigned a local reference number by the local post office of the destination country. You’ll be provided with this number to communicate with the local delivery courier and to track your parcel.

Local post offices have different ways of notifying the receivers for orders to be delivered. They will also directly co-ordinate with you/the receiver should there be any issues with the delivery. Should there be any changes with the delivery instructions (for a parcel that has arrived at the country of destination), we strongly advise our customers to contact their local post office directly.
