30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We hope you love our products and keep coming back for more. 

All orders placed online via the Valentina Richesse website are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your online purchase you may request a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 30 days of receiving your order. To do so, the item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, send an email to customercare@valentinarichesse.com.au and attach a photo of the product and provide a reason for the return. We will reply to you confirming if the product can be returned.

If you have purchased our products from one of our distributors, returns/exchanges must be organised with them directly according to their terms and conditions.

Unfortunately, for health and hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund on opened or used items. Exchanges are not available, though once you have received your refund you may purchase your preferred product(s) from the Valentina Richesse website if you chose.

Please note: For gift boxes purchased, individual products may not be returned separately.

Follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

  • On the delivery note enclosed in your order please tick refund and select a reason for return from the list provided. 
  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and address to: PO Box 90, Mascot NSW 1460 
  • You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any postage costs incurred. We strongly recommend using a reliable trackable postal service, as we cannot offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Please allow 5 – 7 business days after we have received your return for your refund to be processed.
